三峡成库后,淤砂将大量地沉积在库尾。本项目就是以淤砂为原料,采用重选—磁选—电选联合选矿工艺富集、提取氧化钪。钪可广泛用于国防军工、冶金、化工、航天、电光源、超导等领域,是21世纪的换代工业原料。
本项目利用淤砂为原料提取高附加值的金属钪,既填补了重庆缺钪的空白,有利于钪资源的配置,符合国家可持续发展的产业政策。本项目规模化生产后,可缓解淤砂沉积压力,环保效益显著;达到的经济效益将在200亿元人民币,可大量安置劳动力,社会效益巨大。同时,钪在合金中改性效果明显,可以改造传统产业。重庆有全国乃至亚洲最大的铝材加工基地、汽摩生产基地,对合金的需求巨大,本项目有助于改造、提升重庆的区位优势。
After three gorges reservoir is completed, a large quality of wandering sands shall be aggraded down at the end of the reservoir-area. This project aimed to enrich and abstract scandium oxide with the combined mine-selection process of weight selection-magnetic selection-electrical selection from the raw material, wandering sands. The scandium is regarded as the change generation industrial raw material of 21st century, which can be widely used in the fields of military defense, military industry, metallurgy, chemical, industry, space flight, electric light source and superconductor, etc.
By abstract metal scandium with high additional value from the raw material, wandering sands, the project has two important advantages. Firstly it eased the serious shortage of scandium in Chongqing, which helps the configuration of scandium resource and conforms the national continuously developing industry policy. After the large-scale production for this project, the heavy tension of wandering sands can be alleviated with the obviously benefits to the environmental protection. The economic profits occurred should be above RMB 20 billion Yuan. A large amount of labor force can be allocated with brilliant social benefits. At the same time, the modification effects of the scandium are great in the alloy and may reform the traditional industry. Because there are the largest aluminous-process base and automobile auto cycle-producing base of china and even of Asia in Chongqing, in great need of alloy, the project in favors the reform and improvement the traditional scandium alloy industry, so as to bring forth the electric Light source and Superconductor, etc.
